These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verametric Research platform operated by RAWdevelop Ltd T/A Verametric Research ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales #07915211. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Credential sharing — allowing any other person to access the platform using your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where credential sharing is detected via authentication logs, without prior notice.

3. Subscription and Usage Metering

Verametric Research operates a tiered subscription model. Paid tiers include a quota of custom ticker analysis requests, currently defined as blocks of five (5) successful analysis generation triggers per billing period. The following rules apply:

A "generation trigger" is a completed analysis run for a ticker symbol confirmed by a non-error response from our data provider.
If an upstream API timeout or provider error causes a request to fail before completion, that request is not deducted from your quota.
Unused quota does not roll over between billing periods.
Quota resets at the start of each calendar billing cycle as shown in your account dashboard.

Subscription pricing and tier definitions are published on the platform's pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to registered subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

Use automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, web scrapers, or any programmatic method to access, download, or aggregate data from the platform beyond what is explicitly permitted by your subscription tier
Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any reports, data, or content generated by the platform
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms, models, or proprietary data structures of the platform
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable UK or international law

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access, without prior notice or refund, if we reasonably determine that you have:

Violated any provision of these Terms
Engaged in credential sharing, automated scraping, or data exfiltration
Engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties

We reserve the right to recover costs incurred as a direct result of a material breach.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, algorithms, and platform-generated content are the intellectual property of RAWdevelop Ltd. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own private research purposes only. No rights in our intellectual property are transferred to you.

Verametric Research is an automated, AI-assisted cloud engineering and fundamental analysis research platform. Verametric Research is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst.

All materials, automated reports, programmatic Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model approximations, and historical database arrays generated by this platform are provided strictly as educational and informational tools to assist your own independent analysis. Nothing contained on this site, dashboard, or output channels constitutes a specific, individualised solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset class, or derivative instrument.

Historical performance metrics and fundamental automated summaries do not guarantee future stock performance or structural corporate outcomes. You accept absolute and sole accountability for executing your own independent financial cross-validation and forensic due diligence before making any real-world capital or investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAWdevelop Ltd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, investment losses, or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
